‘Lip Kit By Kylie’ Restock Date: Kylie Jenner Announces Restock Date, Time For Her Lip Kits

Kylie Jenner’s ‘LipKitbyKylie’ lip kits are so popular that buyers have actually resold their Lip Kit by Kylie kits for $1,000 on eBay, as reported by the Inquisitr. After being sold out online, the Lip Kit by Kylie Twitter account announced on Monday, December 14, that there would be a restock of the lip kits at 9 a.m. PST — that’s noon ET — so Jenner fans could get their hands on more lip kits.

As explained on the Lip Kit by Kylie website, Jenner has wanted to bring her lip kit to the public for two years, and is happy that she got the chance to do so. Kylie might not have predicted that her lip kits would come with such controversy. As reported by TMZ, some of the customers who were able to buy Kylie’s lip kits before they sold out are complaining that their $29 Jenner lip kits haven’t arrived yet. The Twitter account for the Lip Kit by Kylie continues to update folks on the progress of the shipping of the formerly sold lip kits.

“After two long years of dreaming about this, I am so excited to finally share my lip kit with you guys. The Kylie Lip Kit is a collection of shades and products I handpicked with an amazing team to design the perfect ‘Kylie lip’. I can’t wait to see how beautiful everyone is going to look. The sold listings on eBay prove that the Lip Kit by Kylie buyers are still willing to pay big bucks for Jenner’s lip kits. Some of those descriptions prove that the customers have not received their lip kits yet — but state that they have received confirmation emails. Those buyers promise that they will ship the lip kits from Kylie as soon as they receive them — and at only $29 a pop, being resold for prices a lot higher, the lip kits seem like a worthy investment for the resellers.

The lip kits are sold in three different colors as of this writing. One #KylieLipKit by Jenner is called “Candy K,” which appears to be the lightest shade of the bunch. Each contain one matte liquid lipstick, and one pencil lip liner. There’s also a “Dolce K” color and a “True Brown K” color.

Despite all the Lip Kit By Kylie controversy, with some customer complaints and accusations that Jenner borrowed another artist’s imagery for her lip kits, when the new Lip Kit By Kylie stock goes on sale, it will likely sell out fast — just as the first stocking of inventory did. Jenner receives plenty of buzz for her lips, especially since Kylie admitted to getting lip fillers to help plump up her lips — and that buzz has translated into big business for her lipstick brand.

As of this writing, before the lip kits by Kylie have been restocked, the Lip Kit by Kylie store page isn’t accessible. Nor is the Lip Kit by Kylie checkout page, but that should change as soon as the kits are made available for sale once more.
