Lamar Odom May Never Face Drug Charges For Crazy Night in Brothel

Rumors have been flying that Lamar Odom could face drug charges over his time at the Las Vegas brothel that caused him to end up in the hospital unconscious. Now Starcasm is sharing that it looks like Lamar Odom will end up not facing any drug charges despite the fact that they found drugs in his system. Lamar has been improving, but his health is still not where the doctors want it to be, of course. Legal authorities close to the situation are now saying that Lamar Odom will probably not be charged at all for any of the drug charges.

When Lamar Odom was found at the Bunny Ranch Brothel in Las Vegas, he had cocaine on him. Lamar was actually taken out of there in an ambulance and they found the drugs on him, but Odom was taken to the hospital unconscious so there was no chance for an arrest to be made. Normally, they would file charges on him later for the possession, but this time it looks like that might not even happen to Lamar Odom.

Perez Hilton shared that the Nye County District Attorney has decided to back away from pressing charges on Lamar. At this time, Odom’s cognitive functions are so badly damaged that they are looking at that, and Lamar getting better is a huge priority. Right now, he may never be mentally competent to stand a trial, so charges on Lamar Odom might never go anywhere anyway. Odom is still in the hospital and even though he is getting better, it doesn’t look like Lamar will ever be totally healed. Lamar Odom might never be capable of going to court or jail.

ET Online shared not long ago that Khloe Kardashian hasn’t even told Lamar Odom why he is in the hospital. Lamar does know that he has a brain injury, but doesn’t know what happened to him or how he got where he is now. Khloe doesn’t plan to tell him right now either because they do not want to give Lamar a setback on his healing. Khloe spoke out about it all while on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“We tell him he had a brain injury, but I can’t tell him about how that brain injury was caused because it will set him back. He’s really confused a lot so we have to remind him. Every day is different.”

Khloe Kardashian is still dating James Harden, but she is also still married to Lamar Odom. She has been helping Lamar through this tough time and even had their divorce put on hold, but that doesn’t mean these two are getting back together. Khloe shared that she loves Lamar and always has, but that doesn’t mean they are going to get their happily ever after. Khloe has been spotted holding hands with James even since calling off her divorce from Lamar.

Khloe even teased that she is now a polygamist because she has a boyfriend and a husband. Of course, that is not the case, but Lamar and Khloe are not really together. With Khloe as Lamar’s wife, she can help make all of the important medical decisions that need to be made during this hard time in his life.
