‘Face Of God’ On Mars: Opportunity Rover Snapped Photo Of Face Of Ancient God On Mars, Says UFO Hunter

UFO hunters have sighted the “face of god,” precisely, a face carved on a Martian rock that resembles an ancient Mesopotamian deity. The alleged “face of god” carved on a rock was found on planet Mars in an image snapped in 2010 by NASA’s Opportunity rover at a site on the Red Planet called Concepción Crater.

The latest find is significant because the unique features of Concepción Crater, which include strange coatings on rocks, have intrigued NASA scientists.

According to the indefatigable UFO and alien hunter Scott Waring, editor of UFO Sightings Daily, the face resembles the face of the ancient Assyrian god of wisdom and writing called Nabu, known in Babylonian mythology and religion as Marduk.

The latest discovery may suggest to some UFO enthusiasts that the stone sculpture of the “face of god” was left on the Red Planet in ancient times by star travelers worshiped by the ancient Assyrians as gods. Assyrian legends, which speak of the gods riding on chariots amid the stars, have suggested to some that technologically advanced alien races contacted the ancient Assyrians and Babylonians.

These alien races may also have visited Mars and left sculptures of themselves similar to the Assyrian representation of their gods on the Red Planet.

Waring writes, “Found these faces on Mars side by side. One is looking towards us and the other is looking to the left. The face looking at us has a lot of similarities to the ancient Mesopotamia faces.”

Emphasizing the certainty of his latest discovery, Waring comments, “They were made. They existed once long ago in our solar system; right next to our planet. They were born, they lived and they died. They don’t need you to believe or not. They are gone.”

Although skeptics have scoffed at the latest “discovery” of evidence of extraterrestrial life, saying that they see nothing in the image but a pile of sand and rubble, the image has caused excitement in the online UFO community.

Some enthusiasts were even able to contribute new discoveries of their own, with one viewer suggesting that he saw the face of Donald Trump.

“You have highlighted. Two faces I can see three the other is to the right with a big nose maybe these were in some sort of association.”

“While you are at it, why has the complete body below the ‘squirrel’ not been mentioned? Face, arms, torso and legs lie just under and a little bit right of the squirrel.”

“What about the bottom left corner in the big picture… looks like a huge face half covered in the dirt.”

But NASA has said it has no interest in exploring or investigating the “face.” Rather, NASA is moving Curiosity rover to an area with a huge sand dune to do some exploration to learn more about the Martian environment.

A NASA spokesperson, Guy Webster, told Fox News, “As you can probably tell, it is a natural rock at the disrupted rim of a small crater, not a sculpture made by some ancient culture. But it’s great that people are using their imaginations and enjoying the full public access to every image taken by any Mars rover.”

Skeptics have repeatedly criticized UFO hunters, saying that their claims of discovery of familiar structures on Mars, including humanoid faces, animals, cultural, and technological artifacts, are due to a psychological bug of the human mind called “pareidolia.”

Pareidolia is described by psychologists as a visual or auditory form of the broader psychological phenomenon called apophenia.

Pareidolia manifests as the tendency of the human brain’s pattern recognition system to perceived significant visual or auditory stimuli in otherwise random stimuli.

But online UFO hunters dismiss NASA’s claim that their discoveries of evidence of ancient civilizations on Mars are due to pareidolia.

According to Waring, the evidence of ancient human faces and cultural artifacts on Mars is overwhelming and “should be enough to convince the United Nations that intelligent life once existed on Mars.”

He adds, “NASA doesn’t want anyone to know the truth, because they will be asked to share the info and technology that they have found.”

But NASA has repeatedly denied claims it is hiding information about extraterrestrial life, ancient civilizations, and alien UFOs from the public.
