Kim Kardashian Admits To High Risk Delivery Fears
Kim Kardashian is currently pregnant with her second child — a baby boy — and just like her first pregnancy, her second impending delivery is considered to be high risk.
In a new interview, Kim Kardashian admitted to being fearful of her upcoming delivery.

“Every medical issue that you could probably have I feel like I get and I worry so much about it,” Kim Kardashian revealed to E! News on November 16. “This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what’s to come and it’s really inevitable some of the issues that I’m going to have. You know, I have a high-risk delivery and all of that gives me such anxiety.”
“I think that I’m really hopeful and you know I manage it really well, but when I write blog posts and stuff like that about how I think it’s just such a miserable experience. I mean that’s my experience and I’m not gonna pretend that it’s not… My huge swollen feet I don’t find fun and attractive. And I get I’m so blessed to be carrying a child again when I didn’t think that was possible for me. I do have access to amazing doctors that have been so helpful so I’m hopeful that everything will work out and be fine.”
Prior to her interview with E! News, Kim Kardashian opened up about her pregnancy and delivery fears in a blog entry on her official website. However, Kim Kardashian’s post was faced with criticism from fans who felt she simply complained too much. According to some, Kim Kardashian should be grateful she is able to conceive, as there are so many women out there who can’t. Still, Kim Kardashian feels that sharing her story could help others.
During an interview with E! News last week, which took place during Keeping Up with the Kardashians promotions (Season 11 debuted last night), Kim Kardashian explained her decision to share her pregnancy heartache with fans and referred to her pregnancy as “miserable.” And while she admitted to expressing the downside of pregnancy often, she claimed she wasn’t complaining. Instead, Kim Kardashian alleged she felt “blessed” and said that no matter the hardships she faces, becoming a mother is “a million times worth it.”
While Kim Kardashian loves being a mother, the process of pregnancy doesn’t suit her. During her second pregnancy, the reality star has put on a whopping 52 pounds, which is quite substantial considering her five-foot-three stature. Still, Kim Kardashian claims she’s not worried about the added pounds and has begun to eat whatever she pleases.

With her first pregnancy, Kim Kardashian gave birth early, around this time of the pregnancy, and already she claims her son is much bigger than her daughter.
“It’s a whole different weight shift…Every pregnancy really is different and I carry the weight differently,” Kim Kardashian explained, “but no, I’m not like afraid to say what is on my mind or how I’m feeling especially about pregnancy I feel like it’s what everyone goes through, so why not share my story and my process?”
Also open about their multiple pregnancies is Kim Kardashian’s older sister, Kourtney, who infamously pulled her first child, son Mason, now 5, out of the birthing canal during a previous season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
