Kylie Jenner’s Lip Fillers: Why She Came Clean And What Kris Jenner Thinks

Kylie Jenner is opening up about her lip fillers once again. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is explaining why she needed to let her fans know that she gets the plastic surgery procedure.

Kylie Jenner has been keeping her lips sealed when it came to her ever-growing lips. Before admitting earlier this year on an episode of KUWTK that she gets temporary lip fillers to fill out her signature pout, the Instagram model said that she only used lip liner and lipstick to get the look. Now that the secret’s out, the famous Jenner sister opened up to Elle Canada about her temporary lip fillers and why she decided to come clean about them.

According to her interview with the fashion magazine, it appears that Kylie really kept her lips sealed!

“When I got my lips done, I literally told no one!” I didn’t tell my best friend or even the guy I liked at the time. I really thought it was no one’s business.”

The younger Jenner sister also revealed that Kris Jenner was not a fan of her decision. She had to go to her mom for permission since she was underage at the time of her procedure.

“My mom was super against it, but I begged her and begged her and she finally let me do it.”

The reality star who has her own beauty blog and app, TheKylieJenner.com, said that she never denied having lip fillers in the first place.

“After I did them, I thought it was so obvious that I didn’t have to say anything. I never denied it because I always told my publicist ‘no lip questions,’ so no one ever asked me. I never said I got them done, but I never denied it either. But people thought I was a liar!”

But there are receipts about Kylie Jenner denying the procedure in the past. The rumors about Kylie’s lips circulated for the past two years, when the teen’s ever-changing looks were documented on her social media accounts. According to a report via OK! Magazine, Kylie has denied getting temporary lip fillers over a handful of times. The first time was in March 2014 when Kylie’s rep told The Daily Mail that the rumors were “so ridiculous” and “not true.” Then in April 2014, Jenner slammed her fans on Twitter who accused her of plumping her lips and lying about it.

“These plastic surgery rumors hurt my feelings to be honest and are kinda insulting. Just in case anyone forgot…I’m 16.”

In October of that same year, Kylie took to Twitter again to deny the lip filler rumors.

“How long are we gonna talk about this lip thing lmao. Let’s get a our lives together guys and talk about some important s**t. Just talk about something new at least. I’m bored.”

Kim Kardashian then revealed to E! News that Kylie Jenner only “draws her lips” to get her signature pout. Her makeup artist denied the rumors by saying that her “lips are created using expertly applied lip liner and a little lip balm.” In Kylie Jenner’s Cosmopolitan February 2015 cover story, she denied the plastic surgery rumors again by saying that her face has been changing due to growing up in the spotlight and contouring her makeup.

The most recent time that the Jenner denied the rumors was with Grazia magazine. Inside the April 2015 issue, she told the British tabloid that she never had her lips done.

“I’m like, ‘Stop talking about my lips.’ I haven’t had plastic surgery. I’ve never been under the knife.”

Although there is proof that Kylie Jenner has denied about getting her lips, it looks like she has had a change of heart. She now wants to be brutally honest about her fans, especially when it comes to how she gets her sexy look.

Another reason why Kylie had to come clean about getting her lips done is because she didn’t want to become “a bad role model” for her young fans. Yes, even Kylie with her sexy style and makeup, is very concerned about being a role model for her fans. Kudos to her since that’s a very rare trait for celebrities –even starlets– to have these days since most say that they are not role models nor do they want to be.
