‘Supernatural’ Spoilers: Dean And The Darkness, The Reaper, And More Teased
Supernatural is currently airing Season 11 on The CW, and there is more drama ahead for Sam and Dean Winchester. On the next episode, they will deal with the legend of Lizzie Borden in their own unique way, but there is still the darkness lurking about. The darkness even has monsters running scared. Sam and Dean learned that on this week’s episode, which was a special episode told from the view of the Winchester car.
The monster at the center of this week’s hunt had started to create an army of creatures like himself because he wanted to be ready to battle the darkness. That has Sam and Dean concerned, and they realize they need to take the darkness out as fast as possible. That might not be easy though.
TV Line shared two new spoilers for Supernatural Season 11 this week. It has been said in previous spoilers that Dean and the darkness are connected. A connection could pose a problem if the darkness is killed, right? The new spoilers clear up that concern with comments from Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles.
“One can definitely be injured without affecting the other. ‘It’s not like a voodoo doll’ (or ‘twinsies,’ as Jared Padalecki jokes) ‘or anything like that,’ star Jensen Ackles clarifies. ‘We will see… what exactly that relationship is’ between Dean and The Darkness, Ackles adds. ‘I don’t think that he knows what to make of it. What it all means and how it’s all going to tie into his destiny and his future and what that means for the brothers, he’s very nervous about. Obviously, those nerves are something that he’s going to be hiding, but we will see it get fleshed out a bit.'”
With the next episode dealing with Lizzie Borden, it is not known if Sam and Dean will have any dealings with the darkness on this week’s episode. The last episode did manage to sneak a connection in, so it is possible the same will happen on the next episode, Supernatural Season 11 Episode 5.

Sam has his own issues this seasons. He met the new reaper in charge earlier this season, and she told him that there is no coming back from the dead again if Sam or Dean die. That method of cheating death is gone for them.
Dean will meet the new reaper during the fall finale, which does not sound good at all. Is a mid-season cliffhanger on the way? TV Line shared a small spoiler from Jensen Ackles about that meeting.
“Interestingly, Dean will also be meeting Billie the reaper (played by Lisa Berry), in the fall finale. ‘To be honest… we have not shot those scenes yet, so I don’t know how intense it’s going to be,’ Jensen Ackles said on set last week. ‘But I’m excited to work with her.'”
Supernatural has managed to keep fans tuning in this season. The darkness story line is the main focus of the season, but they are showing that they are still hunting other cases at the same time. The last episode gave fans some added insight into the relationship of the brothers. Fans saw them talk a lot, and the return of John Winchester in a short scene with Sam was an added bonus.
What do you think of this season so far? Did you like the last episode? Are you excited for the Lizzie Borden episode set for this week? Supernatural will continue to air on Wednesday nights.
