‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Chad Faces New Challenges, Hope Reconsiders, And Sami Reaches Out

Viewers will not want to miss Thursday’s episode of Days of Our Lives. Spoilers indicate that there is forward movement in the Necktie Killer case, though it is clear there is a long way to go yet before the full truth is revealed to all in Salem. In addition, Sami seemingly makes progress on her adventure, and fans are dying to see where this heads. What can people expect from the October 29 episode?

According to We Love Soaps, Chad is arrested for the Necktie Killer murders during Thursday’s show. Viewers know full well that Chad did not commit these murders, but he sure is having a hard time convincing everybody else he is innocent. It sounds as if he has quite the uphill battle yet to climb to get out of this mess.

Days of Our Lives spoilers detail that John will be called away by the ISA during this episode. This will leave Marlena quite upset, teasers indicate. As the week moves along, Marlena will be asked to meet with Chad. It seems that she will be brought into things to see if she can determine Chad’s truthfulness regarding the murders. Will she be able to help him bring the truth to light?

Also ahead on Thursday’s episode, Eric gets a message of some sort from Sami. As fans have seen in previous episodes, in the wake of her grief over Will’s death, Sami reflected on the letter from EJ and left town to try to pull together the information, EJ detailed.

Just what is in this message, said to be a desperate one, that Sami sends to Eric? Many suspect that Sami will soon be figuring out that EJ is alive, and that the two may be reuniting soon. However, the show is keeping specifics on this front under wraps pretty tightly.

As Celeb Dirty Laundry shares, there are rumors swirling, or at least fan support for the idea, about General Hospital star Jason Thompson taking over the role of EJ DiMera. Thompson is said to be leaving GH soon, and many suspect he may be open to another soap gig. A good number of viewers could see him being a decent fit for the role. However, could the timing even work for this move?

If indeed the plan is for Sami to find EJ alive, this would seemingly be playing out in great detail in the next few weeks. Days of Our Lives tapes quite far ahead, and it doesn’t seem that Thompson is done with his role on General Hospital quite yet. Could DOOL really stretch out a recast to begin six months or so from now, which is how far ahead the show tapes? Fans may be left hanging on this front for a bit.

Thursday’s episode will also bring more regarding Hope and her wedding plans. As fans saw earlier in the week, Aiden is falling apart as his task to kill Hope draws near. He got drunk at his bachelor party and almost revealed his evil plans. Hope has had some doubts about this wedding, anyway, and it seems she may consider postponing the big day during the October 29 show.

However, Days of Our Lives spoilers via Daytime Royalty Online via Soap Opera Digest detail that Hope and Aiden will make it to their wedding day. This is slated to begin on the Tuesday, November 3, show. Aiden will be a wreck as he anticipates the wedding and subsequent murder of Hope. Caroline will hear from Bo and try to stop the wedding, but she’s not successful.

Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that the wedding will take place, and Aiden will soon prepare to kill Hope, setting it up to look like the Necktie Killer was responsible. He will move ahead with the deed, and it sounds as if viewers will be left with quite the cliffhanger at the end of next week. Bo and Steve return to Salem on the November 6 show, but will it be too late?
