Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian To Start A Family? Plus, How Kris Jenner Feels
Khloe Kardashian has been by Lamar Odom’s side as he recovers at a Los Angeles hospital. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has called off her divorce to the former NBA star earlier this week, causing rumors to swirl about the status of their relationship.
Khloe Kardashian would like to start a family with Lamar Odom once he recovers from his health scare. The former Lakers star was found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada last week. Now, he’s reportedly recovering at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, California. An alleged inside source told Hollywood Life that Kardashian would love to have children with her “Lammy” once he gets through his recovery.
“Once Lamar is back to 100%, Khloe wants to have a child with Lamar. And since they have had trouble in the past getting pregnant, adoption is definitely on the table!”
Khloe has reportedly been by Lamar’s side since he was found unconscious at the brothel, and is staying by his side through the whole ordeal. She dropped everything to be with him, even her upcoming book tour. An inside source told Us Weekly that Khloe may even miss out on Kim Kardashian’s upcoming baby shower just to be by Lamar’s side.
“Khloe had wanted to go to Kim’s shower, but Lamar is not doing that well. She still hasn’t left his side and is very concerned. She sleeps in the ICU with him.”
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom married in 2009, and split four years later. They signed the divorce papers in July to end their marriage for good, but the papers were never processed. Kardashian tried to move on by dating rapper French Montana and Houston Rockets player James Harden, but has called off the divorce in light of Odom’s health scare.
“Kris was only informed by Khloe the night before that her lawyer, Laura Wesser, would be going into court to ask for the divorce petition to be dropped. Kris was absolutely stunned and is very disappointed Khloe made the decision. She [Jenner] completely support Khloe being at Lamar’s bedside, but to drop the divorce? It’s shocking! Nothing has changed with Lamar. Khloe’s trust issues won’t just disappear because of the overdose. …As long as Khloe and Lamar are together, the brothel overdose is an embarrassment to the family.”
Some might say that’s a harsh thing to say, if it’s true. It’s clear Odom has struggled with his addictions for the past few years, as reports have stated. A report via E! News even claimed Odom was hoping to make a big comeback in the NBA this season, but it looks like his demons got in the way.
Either way, Khloe Kardashian is not going to be leaving his side anytime soon. She’s reportedly sleeping in a cot on the floor next to Lamar Odom’s bedside. Sources say that both Khloe’s mom and sisters have been concerned about her and her well-being. She’s obviously under a lot of stress, and has been getting less sleep because of it, according to another report via the Hollywood Life. One night she allegedly slept in the cot, and another night slept in the chair, trying to stay awake for Lamar’s sake.
