Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death could soon lead to big trouble for Nick Gordon, with rumors that the boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina could be facing murder charges that are coming very soon.
This week, Gordon was spotted walking in the gated community in Florida where he lives with his mother. The Mail Online caught Gordon out for a stroll, the first time in six weeks that he has been seen publicly.
The pictures showed Nick Gordon looking tense, with the outlet noting that he is facing a potential $40 million civil suit for wrongful death, and even the possibility of criminal charges for Bobbi Kristina’s death.
This week, a judge in Georgia ordered a county medical examiner not to release the cause of death finding, also sealing the results of the late Bobbi Kristina’s autopsy.
“The Fulton County Medical Examiner has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death,” the office said in a press release last week. “However, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated September 25, 2015 has been received Sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public.”
While the move does not necessarily mean that murder charges are coming against Nick Gordon, many believed that it seemed to point that way. Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father, Bobby Brown, pointed fingers directly at Gordon.
In a statement released through his lawyer, Christopher Brown, Bobby said the following.
“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon. I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil suit and hopefully the criminal action very soon.”
The Mail Online reported that a murder arrest could be coming for Nick Gordon “any day.” If that appears imminent, Gordon may decided to turn himself in, a source told the publication.
“In all likelihood it would be Seminole County that would make the arrest and when there’s a question of it coming from another state as this would it’s highly unlikely they’d trust him to turn himself in… It would be a minimum of two cars sent and more if they thought there was any question of him resisting.
And they wouldn’t just let him walk in and walk out – he would have to be processed through court and bailed or spend a night in the cells if it happened too late in the day for the court to sit.”
As Celeb Dirty Laundry noted, Nick Gordon could already be preparing for his arrest.
“Nick has also made a series of curious legal moves; most concerning is his admission of watching Bobbi Kristina through surveillance footage and confirming he changed clothes during the incident. Gordon also withdrew his motion to have the entire civil case dismissed. It’s clear Gordon and his legal team want to avoid Nick giving his deposition.”
Bobbi Kristina Brown was found January 31 in her home, unresponsive and reportedly face down in a bathtub. She was rushed to the hospital and placed in a medically induced coma, where she remained for the following months.
There were rampant rumors about her conditions, with reports even within the first week that she was brain dead and had no chance of recovery. Family members moved her to hospice care, and she died on July 26.
The extended hospitalization took a toll on the family, particularly her father, Bobby Brown. It also led to feuding between some members of the family, which grew worse as Bobbi’s condition steadily deteriorated.
By the time of her death, Bobbi Kristina had become a shell of what she once was, sources said.
“She has been losing weight, she’s been losing hair. They were taking good care of her, but she has no muscle tone at all. There has been some worry that her organs are shutting down,” a source told People magazine.
This is not the first time that rumors indicate a possible murder arrest for Nick Gordon. Since the early days of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s hospitalization, sources have said that Nick could possibly be targeted for either causing her collapse or giving her drugs that led to an overdose.
