‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 12 Spoilers: Premiere To Tackle Bullying

Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 spoilers are rolling in before next week’s premiere, and it’s been revealed that the first episode will tackle a very serious issue that impacts many people. The episode will feature a storyline about bullying.

According to the International Business Times, Grey’s Anatomy Season 12, Episode 1 will be titled Sledgehammer. The episode will focus on two young girls who will be in medical distress after they are the victims of bullying.

The girls’ story will have everyone at the hospital thinking about their own pasts and encounters with bullying, whether they were the bully or the bullied — basically everyone can relate to this issue.

“Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital springs into action to save the lives of two young girls whose powerful story will force some of the doctors to revisit the effects of bullying on their own pasts.”

However, bullying won’t be the only issue addressed in the Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 premiere. Fans will finally see how Jackson Avery and April Kepner’s relationship will play out. April will return to Seattle in the premiere episode after she left to be a doctor in the army.

Fans know that April was going through a very hard time in her life. After skipping out on her wedding during the ceremony to run away with Jackson and marry him, April soon found out she was pregnant. The happy couple eagerly awaited the birth of their child, only to find out he had a rare condition.

April, being the devoted Christian that she is, could not bare to terminate the pregnancy and decided to carry the child as far as she could. Soon after their son’s birth, he died, and April was never the same. Instead of trying to work through it with Jackson, she became closed off and finally followed Owen to do a tour of duty in the armed forces.

However, one tour turned into many, and when she decided to re-enlist for the final time, Jackson told her that their marriage wouldn’t survive it. April left her hurting husband anyway, and the two haven’t seen each other until now.

“Jackson prepares for April’s return to Seattle. Meanwhile Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) must adjust to changes at home with her new roommates.”

While Jackson is dealing with his own relationship issues, Grey’s Anatomy fans will see Meredith Grey still coming to terms with the fact that her husband, Derek Shepherd, is dead and gone. Meredith is now living back in her mother’s home with her sister-in-law, Amelia, and her half-sister, Maggie.

The women will probably deliver some serious laughs and great moments as they learn to live with one another throughout the course of the season.

Hypable also reports that fans will get a look at the new interns, and one of them could be a big love interest for one of our favorite doctors, possibly Callie or Arizona.
