Claudia Jordan Says ‘RHOA’ Role Resulted In Death Threats

Claudia Jordan has been rumored to return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta on this upcoming season. Jordan filmed her first season last year, and she didn’t get along with some of the original ladies. Rather than ignoring their differences, Jordan decided to face them head on. While Claudia just wanted to be open and honest, her fights with NeNe Leakes resulted in some major backlash.

It was so bad that Claudia Jordan considered leaving The Real Housewives of Atlanta behind. For a while, Claudia hinted that she was done with the show and she was ready to pass her peach on to someone else. But now that Leakes has quit the show, Claudia may return. But even with Leakes gone, Jordan still has to deal with online haters.

According to a new Rolling Out report, Claudia Jordan is now opening up about the backlash she has received from filming one season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Even though Claudia was a friend of Kenya Moore, she wasn’t scared of taking on NeNe. And her feud with NeNe has resulted in many harsh comments from viewers on social media. Jordan talked to Rolling Out about the backlash. Her magazine cover hits newsstands first week of September.

“Just because you’re making money, you’re working, [or] you’re famous, you still have a heart, you still have insecurities, and you still have feelings. People think that because you’re famous, ‘oh you signed up for this,’ ” Claudia Jordan reveals about the hate she has received after filming one season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

As Claudia Jordan reveals, she still has feelings and she still goes home and deals with the harsh comments. Just because she is on The Real Housewives of Atlanta doesn’t mean she is confident in herself and can handle all of the harsh comments that come her way.

“I still go home and have insecurities about my weight or my feet, or relationship stuff just like you do. People need to take that into consideration before you go on someone’s page and write something so negative … I’ve had death threats on my Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages because you’re upset about a scene that I did on a reality television show. I’ve had people threaten to kill my cat, or to harm my family members because you’re ‘Team Nene’ and you think we hate each other. We don’t even hate each other … we don’t even have it like that,” Claudia explains.

It is shocking that Jordan is getting so many death threats just because she is on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
