Joe Arpaio Claims He Has New Evidence That Obama Can’t Hold Office

Maricopa County, AZ – Self Proclaimed “America’s” Sheriff Joe Arpaio is planning on making a second announcement concerning his “investigation” into President Obama’s eligibility to run for President or hold the office of President. He plans to make the announcement in lat May or early June.

Sheriff Arpaio has named his investigatory team the “Cold Case Posse”. Mike Zullo, the “Posse’s” lead investigator told CBS News 5 that the announcement will release new findings including the mystery of Obama’s 1980 registration for the draft.

Zullo told CBS,

“We didn’t make a mistake the first time. We’re not making a mistake this time. The Sheriff, he really thought [the investigation] would have settled the issue last time. I thought it would have cleared it up the last time.”

Shortly after President Obama released his long form birth certificate Arpaio and the Posse announced that their investigation into the birth certificate proved it was a fake. What made the announcement interesting was just how little anyone cared.

During his recent interview Zullo sad that he didn’t believe this new announcement would have any impact whatsoever on the Birther case. He was asked by CBS News 5 if he thought it would have an impact and he just said “no”.

Arpaio previously called his investigation into the President’s birth certificate a “favor” to Obama.

Arpaio said on Tuesday,

“What should I do, throw it in the waste basket and forget about it, like everyone else is this country has done? But once again, I take my elected sheriff’s status very serious, and when the people ask me to do something I try to do it regardless of the repercussions, the politics and the media.”
