A 10-year old Russian boy is soon the proud owner of a $75,000 tree-house and become the envy of his friends.
The 40ft timber hut has three floors with stained-glass windows, pulley system and rope bridge. The bottom floor will an art area with a potter’s wheel, a classroom in the middle and a plasma screen on the top level.
TreeHouseCompany is currently building the tree-house in England, but in a month it will be taken apart again and shipped to Moscow. Once completed it will be fully insulated, clad in timber and have a roof finished with timber shingles.
This tree-house will sit among trees instead of in one.
