Brazilian Cannibals Make Human Empanadas

Jorge Beltrao Negromonte da Silveira, his wife Isabel Cristina Oliveira da Silva, and his mistress Bruna Cristina Oliveira da Silva killed and ate at least three women in a ritual of their creepy religious sect. The three cannibals have confessed to the crime which included stuffing the human meat into empanadas, a baked or fried pastry turnover filled with what are typically savory ingredients and not human meat, and then selling the pastries to their oblivious neighbors who involuntarily assisted the cannibal trio with disposing of the evidence.

The man involved in the cannibalistic murders wrote a book detailing the activities of his religious sect which is titled Revelations of a Schizophrenic. The cannibals claimed that a voice told them to kill evil women. Knowing that you’re a schizophrenic and then proceeding to act upon auditory hallucinations is much like premeditated murder as the individual is aware of their own susceptibility to hearing voices which compel them to act and this case, to kill and eat the flesh of fellow humans. Here is an excerpt from Jorge’s book:

“Looking at the now lifeless body of the evil adolescent, I feel relieved. I grabbed some sheet metal and begin to remove tall the skin and then I divide her up… we dine on the flesh of evil as a purification ritual. We bury the remainder in the patio.”

In his book, Jorge does an excellent job of confessing to his crimes and providing adequate evidence for prosecutors to convict the killer cannibals of their atrocious crimes.

All three cannibals were living together with a five-year-old girl that is believed to be the daughter of one of the victim’s murder back in 2008, Jessica.

What do you think about this schizophrenic and his accomplices murdering young women, turning their flesh into empanadas, and then turning around and selling the human-meat empanadas to their unsuspecting neighbors?
