Frances Bean Cobain, the daughter of the late Kurt Cobain, does her best to stay out of the public light. But after her mother, Courtney Love, posted a disgusting rant on Twitter, Cobain felt it was necessary to add her two cents.
Courtney Love, according to her daughter Frances, should be banned from Twitter.
Earlier this week Love wrote on Twitter that Dave Grohl, who played the drums in Nirvana, was “sexually obsessed” with Kurt Cobain. Love also said that Grohl had hit on her and her young daughter. Love said that “Grohl was all over” Frances and that he had that “Romney rape thing about him.” Love said that she wasn’t mad at her daughter about being curious but that she was about to shoot Grohl dead.
Cobain posted on Twitter that her mother’s rant was “gross” and “untrue.” Cobain said:
“While I’m generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn… I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I’m in a monogamous relationship [with the Rambles’ Isaiah Silva] , and very happy.”
Cobain added: “Twitter should ban my mother.”
Grohl also said that the claim was false. Grohl said on Twitter:
“Unfortunately, Courtney is on another hateful Twitter rant… These new accusations are upsetting, offensive, and absolutely untrue.”
Yahoo reports that Courtney’s original rant was sent from her personal Twitter account, which only has about 50 followers.
