Alicia Cargile And Kristen Stewart: Kristen’s Mom Never Spoke About Their Love Life
Kristen Stewart’s mom insists she never talked to the Mirror about Kristen and new girlfriend Alicia Cargile. The story broke on Saturday when the Mirror’s Sharon Feinstein wrote a long article about Kristen and Alicia, and included several quotes attributed to Kristen’s mom Jules.
The interview made it sound like Jules outed her daughter as bi-sexual and approved of her “girlfriend” Alicia Cargile.
“What’s not to be accepting about her now having a girlfriend? She’s happy. I’ve met Kristen’s new girlfriend, I like her.”
Kristen’s mom claims that she was speaking with Feinstein on the unrelated matter of her own career as a Hollywood script supervisor. Jules told US Weekly that her film K-11 is on display in the Hollywood Museum, and she wanted to talk about that rather than about Kristen’s and Alicia’s love life.
“I spoke to Sharon Feinstein about my film K-11 that has been put on display in the Hollywood Museum. It’s currently there under the LGBT banner on the third floor. She also asked me about my views on gay rights, which I was happy to express… Never ever did we discuss Kristen!”

When speaking with Us Magazine, Jules did clarify that she is a “huge supporter of gay rights,” and she admitted to talking about Alicia Cargile during the Feinstein interview. Alicia is rumored to be Kristen’s girlfriend, and the rumor was thought to be confirmed after the interview with Jules hit the headlines. According to Jules, Feinstein asked her if she knew Cargile, and Jules said she did.
“I said, ‘Yes, she’s a lovely girl.'”
Sharon Feinstein isn’t putting up with having her journalistic integrity questioned. She says she had her facts straight about Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile, and responded on Monday, June 15 with a tweet saying that she will be posting the recording of the interview to back up her claims that Jules outed Kristen and Alicia.

Later in the day, Sharon went on to tweet, “When someone has spoken to a journalist in good faith it isn’t fair to blatantly deny it and call the journalist’s integrity into question.”
Feinstein told Us Magazine to expect the uploaded audio on Tuesday after she ran into technical problems. In a series of somewhat agitated tweets, Feinstein said the audio tapes wouldn’t load onto Twitter and finally went to bed with the promise of revealing all “tomorrow.”
