Are LuAnn De Lesseps And Jacques Azoulay Back Together?

Has LuAnn de Lesseps reunited with an ex? On May 17, LuAnn de Lesseps shared a photo of her and her former boyfriend, Jacques Azoulay, along with two other friends on Instagram.

Over the weekend, according to a May 19 report by Bravo’s The Daily Dish, LuAnn de Lesseps celebrated her 50th birthday in The Hamptons with a number of friends, including Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon, both of whom previously starred alongside her on The Real Housewives of New York City.

After splitting from Azoulay in summer of 2013, LuAnn de Lesseps spoke to Radar Online, claiming she and her former boyfriend are still friends, but simply not in the same place in their lives.

“Jacques would love to have a family, and at this point in my life, with my daughter going to college and my son just turned 17, I realized that I’m not ready to start over again.”

“We’re friends and we do speak. We’re just on different paths and at different points in our lives and we want different things.”

LuAnn de Lesseps has been single throughout the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New York City, and, as the Inquisitr previously reported, has been caught in a messy feud with her co-star, Carole Radziwill.

Still, she has said in the past that she’d love to start dating again, and who knows? Azoulay could once again be her man.

As for what Azoulay had to say about his 2013 split from LuAnn de Lesseps, he too claimed the end of their relationship was mutual.

“The breakup was mutual and it was actually just time to turn the page,” Azoulay told Tom Murro, via Radar Online, in late 2013.

“We were so hot and heavy in the beginning and then things just cooled down. I wish I could say something juicy but it was just a boring breakup. We are still friends and she has a great sense of humor.”

While LuAnn de Lesseps has yet to weigh in on the status of her current relationship with Azoulay, one thing is for sure: These two weren’t kidding when they said their breakup was mutual. Clearly, they have remained friends, and if Azoulay’s desire for a family has changed, they could very well be back on.
