Chinx’s Wife, Janelli Caceres-Pickens, Grieves On Facebook As Erica Mena Rants About ‘Side Chick’ Malika Haqq

The drama over rapper Chinx’s death continues on the day after French Montana “Coke Boy” was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting. As reported by the Inquisitr, Malika Haqq reacted on Instagram to Chinx’s death by posting a photo of her and Chinx relaxing in a boat in the sunshine. Malika’s name was a related topic on Twitter, with plenty of searchers assuming that Haqq was Chinx’s girlfriend.

From one episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, a viewer remembers Malika bemoaning the fact that a man she’s interested in was taken. For those who only knew of Chinx peripherally, or not at all, imagine their surprise to learn that Chinx had a wife of 8 years named Janelli Caceres-Pickens.

According to the New York Daily News, Janelli — wife of Lionel “Chinx” Pickens — called for revenge in the death of her husband. On Facebook, 28-year-old Caceres grieved openly, telling her Facebook followers that her 4-year-old son with Chinx asks continually for his dad.

As reported by Us, Pickens and Chinx have a 14-year-old girl and an 11-year-old girl, as well. The duo grew up in Far Rockaway. Janelli spoke to the press about her regrets of not going with Chinx to his performance on the night of his death.

“Your words keep playing over n over in my head… ‘Baby u tired? You don’t want to go with me?’… you kissed me and said “I love u baby I promise I’m comin straight home”..I said ok! Now I’m wishing I was with u I should’ve went u would’ve went straight home.”

Meanwhile, reality TV star Erica Mena added her opinion on Instagram.

However, while Mena is defending Janelli, Chinx’s wife is more focused on their children.

“My son is asking for his dad he wants him to come home he keeps asking why did God angels take his dad and when are they bringin him back…what do I say to him!!!??? To see this sadness in him is killin [me]. These Devils ruined my family they took a father away from his kids from his son that he loved to death…why??!”

Janelli also spoke about revenge.

“I wish a slow torturous death on who ever did this to my baby. Life will never be the same. I’ll never get rid of ya clothes I’ll never let anyone think they can replace u. I don’t kno how I can go on with life.”
