Hillary Clinton: 2016 Presidential Hopeful Reportedly Furious As Thousands Of Americans Send Her Cigars
It has been about two weeks since Hillary Clinton announced her intent to run for the 2016 presidency and it seems her popularity has been going down. It is quite possible the reason for such a decline has to do with people looking back on what Clinton has accomplished, only to find scandals. The Inquisitr reported on many of Clinton’s scandals which includes the Benghazi cover-up and the use of a private email address during her time as Secretary of State.
As a result, Americans have been far more aggressive in showing their disdain towards Hillary Clinton. In Las Vegas and New York City, unflattering posters of the 2016 presidential hopeful have been plastered around both cities. Online, social media is utilizing the hashtag #SaySomethingNiceAboutHillary to say something mean about her. And now there’s a group that is having Americans send cigars to Hillary Clinton, something she is furious about because of the meaning behind them.
According to the official website known as Send Clinton Cigars, the cigars sent to Hillary Clinton are a means for the people to proclaim they are tired of Clinton and the crimes she is accused of.
“If you’re tired of Hillary’s lies, cheating, and deceitful practices join us in telling her ‘No cigar in 2016!’ by purchasing a cigar that will be delivered, with thousands of others, directly to her 2016 Campaign Headquarters!”
It should be noted that Send Clinton Cigars doesn’t identify themselves with any political party, including the far right Conservatives. As a matter of fact, Send Clinton Cigars consists of Democrats, Republicans, Liberals, Conservatives, and many others making up an eclectic array of political stances. Though their views may differ, they all stand on the belief that Hillary Clinton should not be President of the United States.
As mentioned earlier, they are tired of the scandals that Hillary Clinton is accused of, in which Send Clinton Cigars has pointed out numerous cover-ups through the video attached below.
It should be reported that proceeds from Send Clinton Cigars will not benefit any political party or individual. Instead, it will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project, in which Send Clinton Cigars has no affiliation or connection to whatsoever. Send Clinton Cigars simply chose the charity organization simply because they believe in their cause.
As for Hillary Clinton herself, it is reported by Elect Leaders that she is furious and abashed that tens of thousand cigars were recently delivered to her office. It has not been reported how Clinton will respond or even retaliate, but she might do something given the meaning behind the cigars. For those who do not remember, Hillary Clinton’s husband, former president Bill Clinton, had a tryst with White House intern, Monica Lewinsky. In the scandal’s report, it is said that Bill used cigars to “pleasure” Lewinsky. And that is the reason why cigars are being sent.
