WWE News: Backstage Update On The Target Of Bray Wyatt’s Cryptic Promos
Last night on WWE Raw, Bray Wyatt did another cryptic promo about a mysterious WWE superstar. The WWE Universe is still confused as to who Wyatt is talking about. He did however, make certain clues as to who it is in his most-recent promo. Below is the Wyatt promo from last night that seemed to have answered many questions regarding his next target.
“What is it that motivates me to do thing they do? Is it money? Is it power? Is it respect? For most men, it would be a combination of all three of these things, but you, you’re different; just like me. But unlike me, it is the fear that motivates you. I mean, you can lift all the weights in the world, but there is nothing you can do to lift off the weights of your own personal failures.
That weight will drag you down. That weight will suffocate you. That weight will blind you, until the only thing you’re able to see is my face looking down at you. I can’t wait for that moment man. That moment when you realize that all your hard work was for nothing. It all fades away, and so will you friend.”
Just by looking at the terminology Wyatt used, only a few men make sense for the part of Bray Wyatt’s next-WWE feud. As far as the weight-lifting aspect, Triple H and Roman Reigns make perfect sense. In fact, the “failures” portion speak directly at Reigns. However, Reigns is dealing with an issue that will culminate in a match at Extreme Rules with the Big Show.
Who could it be, then? According to Daily Wrestling News, Ryback is the man that Bray Wyatt has been targeting on WWE Raw. With Ryback winning squash matches recently, his character really has no direction. Unfortunately, a slew of fans would’ve rather seen Finn Balor in Ryback’s spot, but it looks like Ryback will take on the “Eater of Worlds” next.
The feud with Ryback won’t be one that the WWE Universe wants to see, but it will provide the WWE with interesting programming that will be watched. For example, how will Ryback respond to the masterful promos Wyatt lays down each week? On top of that, Wyatt never worked with a big guy like Ryback. Undertaker is big, but Ryback is huge. There will be an interesting dynamic taking place that may surprise the WWE fans.
