UFO Military Confrontations Common During War Time, According to Former Air Force Intelligence Officer, George Filer
As more and more information about UFO sightings, experiences, and interactions with humans are revealed, so too are more military and government officials with inside information on UFO phenomena coming forward to share their UFO experiences and what they know.
One of those with firsthand UFO experience while working with the military is former Air Force Intelligence Officer, George Filer, who has not only seen UFOs, but was required to report on them and their interactions and confrontations with the U.S. military, reports the Huffington Post.
“The military was interested in (UFOs) because they had capabilities far above anything that we had, and they wanted to find out what the technology was and, frankly, who they belonged to,” said Captain Filer.
The former Intelligence Officer was stationed in Vietnam during the Vietnam War and, armed with “top secret clearance,” was responsible for delivering daily reports to the deputy commander for air operations in Vietnam, General George S. Brown. Along with strategic military information, these reports also resulted in George Filer acknowledging bizarre UFO sightings and their contacts with U.S. troops and aircraft, the UFOs actually confronting the U.S. Military.
“Frequently, the Vietcong or North Vietnamese would be attacking an outpost and I would explain that (to Brown), and we would have ground-air support, particularly at night where we’d go in there with these gun ships, and I would give briefings on all of that,” Filer explained to The Huffington Post. “Some of the time, there would be unidentified craft over the DMZ.”
But it didn’t stop there, the sightings of UFO “unidentified craft” also including those UFOs fully engaging with U.S. jets.
“You’d have an aircraft flying along, doing around 500 knots and a UFO comes alongside and does some barrel rolls around the aircraft and then flies off at three times the speed of one of the fastest jets we have in the Air Force. So, obviously, it has a technology far in advance of anything we have… I would be told this unofficially. People tell you a lot of things that they don’t put in writing or sign their name to. There was always this part of UFOs that, if you got too interested, it could mess up your career. And this is true today even with commercial pilots. I’ve also heard from people serving in Afghanistan saying they’ve seen UFOs, and the Iranian news carries UFO reports pretty regularly.”
In another reported 1968 Vietnam UFO encounter, an American patrol boat radioed in that they were being followed by “two glowing circular” UFOs as the boat made its way through the demilitarized zone between North and South Vietnam. A second patrol boat then saw a flash, followed by an explosion that reportedly destroyed the boat that had initially reported the UFOs stalking them.
George Filer’s extensive UFO reports and UFO experiences aren’t limited to just Vietnam, however. As the navigator on a refueling tanker over England in 1962, Filer came face to face with a massive and unexplainable UFO.
“We were out over the North Sea when London Control called and asked if we would be willing to intercept an unidentified that was over Oxford and the Stonehenge area. We had just finished up our refueling mission, so we said sure, and they cleared all the traffic around us and gave us top priority as we descended towards the UFO. All they really had was a very large radar return, but it was much bigger than a normal aircraft.”
As Filer and his crew got closer to the huge UFO, Filer reports that they “saw lights around it, outlining the shape of a cylinder, like a cruise ship.”
The UFO then rapidly ascended and disappeared “up into space.”
As UFO stories like these and others continue to be revealed by top military and government officials like George Filer, other political leaders are also calling for full UFO disclosure.
And with Hillary Clinton being the possible future president, that UFO disclosure may be closer than we think.
