Rumer Willis, Val Chmerkovskiy Dating Speculation Begins: Romance Ahead For ‘DWTS’ Pair?
The Dancing With the Stars 2015 season debuts Monday night on ABC and fans can’t wait to get started. Many are keeping an eye on Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy, and it seems the romance questions are already sprouting up. Rumer and Val are likely going to be serious contenders for the mirror-ball trophy this season, but will a showmance or romance come into play as well?
E! Online went ahead and asked both Val and Rumer if they are single in a recent chat. Willis immediately said that she is single, while Chmerkovskiy held back in his response. He said that someone else had already asked that of them earlier in the day and he thinks it’s such an odd and personal question to ask.
While Chmerkovskiy may say it’s odd and personal, he’s been involved with this show long enough to know it absolutely would be asked. In fact, chances are very good that the topic will come up multiple times every week for however long the couple lasts on the DWTS 2015 spring season.
Val has been in the midst of Dancing With the Stars romance and showmance rumors in more than one previous season. Of course, many fans felt sure that Val and Janel Parrish were dating last season, and he’s contended with buzz during his partnerships with Kelly Monaco and even Zendaya during those DWTS seasons as well.
Despite often playing up the romance rumors to his advantage, Chmerkovskiy voiced frustration over the topic in an interview with Glamor after his season with Janel wrapped. While a heavy showmance storyline can rake in the votes, many fans think that Rumer and Val will be strong contenders without playing up the potential romance aspect. Chmerkovskiy fans would love to see Val and Rumer win the trophy this season and many think this couple has the talent to make it happen.
Will Val Chmerkovskiy and Rumer Willis dating rumors overshadow their talent and passion for dance this season? Will they amp up the buzz or squash it as it inevitably progresses? Rumer says that fans can expect to see mom Demi Moore and sisters Tallulah Willis and Scout Willis, along with perhaps her dad Bruce Willis in the audience this season as things play out and viewers can’t wait.
DWTS spoilers indicate that Rumer and Val will do a foxtrot in their first week and it seems that insiders say they are off to a fantastic start in their rehearsals. Though many will surely speculate that Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy will date given it’s believed they are both single, or appear to be, Dancing With the Stars fans will have to stay tuned to see just how much this new partnership sizzles.
