Vicki Gunvalson & Brooks Ayers Are Back On And Going Strong

Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers have had a troubled relationship for years on The Real Housewives of Orange County, but currently, things are going well for the couple.

In a March 9 interview with Radar Online, Ayers opened up about the ups and downs of his relationship with Vicki Gunvalson, and spoke of how things have been now that they are living together in Orange County.

“It’s been a challenging couple of months for Vicki and myself for sure, but we’re doing good … One of the words I use to describe Vicki is ‘intense.’ She’s intense in every aspect of her life in whatever she’s doing. Having fun, whooping it up, or working, in a relationship, or whatever, she’s intense — and that’s a good thing.”

Months ago, as the Inquisitr reported, Ayers was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer last year, which prompted him to move in with Vicki Gunvalson.

According to Ayers, Gunvalson was the one behind the idea of moving in together, and told him, “Hey, I need you. I want to take care of you. I want to be there for you.”

A short time after Vicki Gunvalson moved Ayers in, she began filming the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, along with the two new wives, Katie Hamilton and Meghan King Edmonds.

As for what fans can expect from the upcoming season, Ayers said he and Vicki Gunvalson have gotten tons of support from their co-stars, Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge.

Although Vicki Gunvalson and Barney have had an up and down relationship on The Real Housewives of Orange County, they recently made amends after months of estrangement.

However, while things between Gunvalson and Barney have improved, Ayers hinted that things between her and daughter Briana Culberson have remained tense — at least when it comes to Gunvalson and Ayers’ relationship.

“I can’t really say because of the filming. I can just say this, just watch what happens. I hate to use that, but it’s, just watch what happens!”

As fans have seen on the show, Culberson has been extremely outspoken about her dislike for Ayers, as have a few other of her co-stars. That said, since Barney has apparently changed her mind about Ayers, it is certainly possible that Culberson, as well as the others, will change their minds.

Vicki Gunvalson returns to Bravo on The Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 10 later this year.
