Bobbi Kristina Brown: Live-In Friend Stephen Stepho Tells All, Reveals Details About Drug Addiction And Nick Gordon
Bobbi Kristina Brown has been making headlines for the past month and it doesn’t appear the reports will wane anytime soon. Since she was found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31, she has been on the cover of numerous tabloids. Foul play has been speculated, which is why the Roswell Police Department reportedly launched an investigation targeting her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.
Her friend, Max Lomas, was the first to add fuel to the speculative fire with his statement about the morning of the near-drowning incident. Several media outlets have reported claims from a number of the couple’s mutual friends. Now, yet another friend has come forward with details about the couple. According to Radar Online, Bobbi Kristina’s high school friend, Stephen Stepho, is speaking out.
During a recent interview with The Sun, Stepho recalled the months he lived Bobbi Kristina and Nick. Based on his claims, he’s witnessed a lot. He openly shared specific details about the couple’s alleged drug addiction, including how much they were actually spending on their habits. The couple was reportedly using “heroin, Xanax, pot and heroin substitute Roxicodone” on a daily basis.
“Bobbi and Nick would spend a lot on drugs every day, it just depended on how much money they had. It wasn’t unusual for them to spend $1,000 a day on drugs,” Stepho said. “There were times when it got really bad — they would be completely passed out for hours, just lying there on the bed. There were times when she would be so knocked out she would burn herself with a cigarette and not even notice. She was always covered in cigarette burns.”
He also shared some interesting details about Nick. Although many of the couple’s friends have stated that Nick would not hurt Bobbi Kristina, Stepho stated otherwise. He also touched on Nick’s speculated ulterior motives and involvement with Bobbi Kristina. Stepho’s claims are quite different from the previous reports. As a matter of fact, his claims actually echo the words of her family.
“Nick has a really short fuse and would often lose his temper with her. He is not a good person,” Stepho claims. “When Whitney died Nick was left with nothing, so he knew he had to control Krissi to get access to the money. She’d do whatever he told her. He was very manipulative and would even use the drugs to control her. They would argue a lot and there were times when he would be violent with her and push her around,” he reportedly said.
“When I lived with them for a few months she would often come to me in floods of tears because of how Nick treated her. He’d talk to other girls and go out to strip clubs, which would really upset her. Then he’d shout at her and make everything seem like it was her fault.”
Although Stepho’s claims have yet to be confirmed or denied, Nick’s highly publicized intervention with Dr. Phil may actually confirm the allegation. During the clip that was released, Dr. Phil touched on life expectancy based on Nick’s alleged confession about his addiction. Unfortunately, Dr. Phil made it clear that he wouldn’t be able to continue much longer at the rate he’s going. So, there may be truth to the mounting substance and alcohol abuse claims.
Dr. Phil: The Nick Gordon Intervention is scheduled to air on Wednesday, March 11.
