‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Kirsten Storms And Brandon Barash’s Daughter Debuts As Georgie Spinelli
Friday’s episode of General Hospital will be a big one in terms of guest stars. ABC fans will see a few familiar faces pop up from other shows, but the one many viewers are buzzing about is a show business newbie. What’s the scoop?
As Soap Opera Digest shares, the role of Georgie Spinelli will be played by Harper Rose Barash. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because Harper Rose is the real-life daughter of Kirsten Storms, who plays Maxie, and Brandon Barash, who plays Johnny.
Georgie arrives in Port Charles with her daddy, Damien Spinelli, as Bradford Anderson returns to the soap. Though fans recently saw Maxie travel to visit her little girl, word has it that this time the mother and daughter will be able to spend much more time together, as it is said that Spinelli will be sticking around Port Charles for a bit.
As for Friday’s other guest stars, the show’s Facebook page teases that comedian and sitcom star Cristela Alonzo stops by for some fun, as do Baby Daddy stars Melissa Peterman and Derek Theler. Many GH fans know that Kelly Monaco has previously appeared on Baby Daddy, and now it seems the crossover is hitting Port Charles.
She Knows Soaps shares that Alonzo will take on the role of Assistant DA Natalia Rodriguez. She will have some scenes with Detective Nathan West. It seems she will be asking some questions about a break-in, but talk will soon turn to stories about relationships.
Melissa Peterman will play an old friend of Olivia’s from her Bensonhurst days. She’ll show up to surprise Olivia and they’ll spend some time catching up. Later Peterman’s character, Melissa Santoro-Picard, runs into another familiar face.
Derek Theler will play a colleague of Patrick’s. Dr. Drake will be asked to consult on a case, delaying his Valentine’s Day date with Sam. Theler’s character is also stood up by a date and runs into Sam. The two will keep one another company as they wait for their dates and apparently they will soon realize the true meaning of Valentine’s Day.
While Theler, Peterman, and Alonzo won’t be sticking around Port Charles for long, GH fans hope that little Harper Rose Barash will make regular appearances. The Maxie baby story has played out with big twists and turns for some time now, and fans hope that the family can now have some fun and loving peaceful times.
Tune into General Hospital airing on Friday, February 13 to see the guest appearances and get a feel for how Georgie and Spinelli will be brought back into the mix of things in Port Charles.
