Giuliana Rancic attended the Grammys looking quite thin — and the watching world noticed. According to Mail Online , Rancic showed off her super slim body in a sparkling black jumpsuit. When the E! News host turned to the side, however, she looked more frail. And this certainly isn’t the first time that Rancic has been called out for being too thin either. Similar chatter arose online after the Golden Globes.

Not enough people are talking about how disgusting Giuliana Rancic looked at the Grammys — Megan (@MeganMarieKY) February 9, 2015
I’m not being mean she’s great but literally Giuliana Rancic is visibly anorexic — Jordan Marie Daley (@jordan_daley) February 9, 2015
Giuliana Rancic looked thin at the Grammys, but she has always been on the slender side. However, some people feel that Rancic has lost a significant amount of weight over the past couple of years and that she is starting to look unhealthy. The 40-year-old mother of one rarely responds to rumors or gives much thought to the negativity surrounding her life. She knows what she looks like, after all.
Interestingly enough, Rancic decided to skip out on the SAG Awards a couple of weeks ago. As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Rancic told her fans that she was on a “ much-needed vacation ,” but the timing was certainly suspect. As a staple on the red carpet, several people seemed to think that Rancic took the time off on purpose because of the endless ridicule she endured during and after the Golden Globes.
Perhaps Giuliana Rancic’s Grammys outfit made her appear thinner because that’s the nature of a jumpsuit. That, however, didn’t really phase viewers, as many became quite concerned with G’s health.

Of course, there was a fair share of people who stood up for Rancic, which is nice because making comments and jokes about a person’s weight isn’t something that is light-hearted and fun. Whether someone is overweight or underweight, these comments are hurtful.
According to Page Six , there were quite a few social media users who encouraged G to “eat a burger.” Do you think Giuliana Rancic has an eating disorder? Do you think that people are too hard on her when it comes to her weight?
