Unfortunately, if Bobbi Kristina Brown’s life support is removed, then the person who would benefit the most is Bobbi’s husband, Nick Gordon, who stands to inherit much of Whitney Houston’s net worth.

[Update 02/05/2015] Bobbi’s father has now officially responded to rumors about ending life support and whether or not she’s medically brain dead.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, Bobbi’s father, Bobby Brown, released an update on his daughter’s situation in the hospital. Some alleged insider sources are claiming the family is considering removing Bobbi Kristina off of life support in order to end her life.

Many rumors of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death have been spreading over the internet, and it’s become difficult to say with certainty what her real medical condition is at the moment. At first, the rumors called Bobbi Kristina Brown brain dead, with reports claiming doctors put her into a medically-induced coma. Then there were reports Bobbi was alive and in stable condition yet still suffering from various issues.

The latest reports claim Bobbi Kristina is on a ventilator and, while perhaps not brain dead, she is claimed to be in peril since her brain functions are “significantly diminished” after being in the water for so long. A recent report from MediaTakeout claims the hospital staff revealed that Bobbi is indeed in “extremely serious condition” and it’s claimed “it will take a miracle for Bobbi Kris to recover.”

If doctors declare Bobbi Kristina Brown dead then it’s possible Nick Gordon may find himself in hot water. Reports claim the family banned Gordon from the hospital and other sources say “Bobbi’s Aunt Pat put a restraining order against Nick [after] seeing her niece following a fight that they had last week.” Police reports also say that no drugs were found in Bobbi’s house, and family members claim Bobbi Kristina did not drink alcohol or use illegal substances.

Now, police in Roswell, Georgia are allegedly opening a homicide investigation into the circumstances of the bathtub drowning. Brown family members are apparently making certain Gordon is considered as a potential murder suspect.

“Pat [Houston] is making sure that the police look into what happened to Bobbi,” a source said according to MediaTakeout. “We know it wasn’t a drug overdose cause Bobbi didn’t do any drugs. It’s a lot of funny things going on… and Bobbi [Kris] didn’t have a will, so her husband Nick gets everything… all the royalties, everything.”

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s net worth is estimated to be anywhere from $20 million to $100 million, with the latter claimed by MediaTakeout to be based upon Whitney Houston’s net worth at the time of her death. (Some reports claim Whitney was “flat broke,” while others say estate planning saved the family.)

In addition, Brown and Nick Gordon did not have a pre-nuptial agreement. Assuming the worst happens, the family is trying to shut Gordon out of any potential estate inheritance battle.

“Krissy’s family would like to have Nick out of the picture,” an insider explained to Radar Online. ” They believe that he is very manipulative and they would like to find some way to knock him out of the box…. Everyone is just freaked out. They are all in total and complete shock and denial about what is going on.”

As of this publishing, there is no evidence which causes police to claim Nick Gordon attempted to cause Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death. But MediaTakeout notes the circumstances of the bathtub drowning. Gordon and a friend were the first to discover Bobbi in the bathtub despite Gordon and Brown allegedly being estranged at the time. If life support is to be removed, then Bobbi Kristina Brown’s husband will be the only person allowed to make the decision.
