Lacy Faddoul, Marcus Grodd Share Big Updates During ‘The Bachelor’ 2015 Season Premiere
Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul walked the red carpet of ABC’s The Bachelor 2015 season premiere, and they had some fun updates for fans. The two fell in love during Bachelor in Paradise last summer and got engaged on the finale. From the looks of things, it seems that now a wedding is very much in the works. What did Lacy and Marcus share about their wedding plans and upcoming projects?
Lacy and Marcus chatted with show host Chris Harrison on the red carpet, and they did dish on wedding plans a bit. Have Marcus and Lacy set a wedding date? It seems they are close, but haven’t pinned down an exact date yet. Faddoul says that it will happen this year, hopefully over the summer.
Faddoul went on to say that they’re about “80/40” on a specific wedding date at this point. This was clearly a nod to the mathematical mistake she made during her days on Bachelor in Paradise that had many laughing and rolling their eyes. While she took some heat for the error as she didn’t get at the time what was wrong with what she said, it seems she has just embraced her mistake and learned to laugh at herself.
While some fans thought this romance would fade away in the months after the finale aired, Marcus and Lacy seem to be doing well. After The Bachelor 2015 season premiere with Chris Soules, Lacy and Marcus shared some additional news via their social media accounts. Faddoul revealed that she’s doing a perfume line with I Do, and she posted a picture of her new scent. She says that this is the perfume she’ll be wearing on her wedding day, and the bottle is even designed to resemble her Neil Lane engagement ring.
Lacy’s perfume is available now for pre-order, and the site even has a nod to her infamous 80/40 quip. These Bachelor in Paradise stars have been teasing some new ventures for a bit, and it would seem this is the first project they have ready to announce. What more is on the way? Fans aren’t sure, but they’re curious to see what comes next.
