Scheana Marie Sets The Record Straight Regarding Her ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Salary
Scheana Marie and the main cast of Vanderpump Rules make more than a recent report claimed.
On Tuesday, TMZ spoke with Peter Madrigal, the manager of SUR Lounge, where Vanderpump Rules is shot. During their chat, Madrigal revealed his thoughts on the cast’s salary, and claimed they deserved more than what they were currently making.
“‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Peter Madrigal thinks he and the rest of the supporting cast are getting short changed, and he wants Lisa to DOUBLE their salary,” TMZ reported. “Peter told us he doesn’t care that Vanderpump flies first while everyone else is crammed in coach. But on the salary front, he thinks the ratings justify $10K an episode, not the $5K they’re currently pulling in.”
However, according to Scheana Marie, she and the cast are getting more than $5,000 per episode for appearing on the show.
In a message to TMZ, Scheana wrote, “Main cast makes more than that per ep. We love doing #PumpRules -keep watching us Mondays! Let’s hope for a 4th season! @lisavanderpump.”
A short while later, Vanderpump added, “waaaayyyy more…guys get it right!”
Scheana Marie and the cast of Vanderpump Rules have been on the air for three seasons now, and as time goes on, their ratings have only gotten better. Last season, the gang even beat the ratings of their mother show, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, on which Vanderpump also stars. So, given that, Madrigal had a point, regardless of whether or not the amounts noted were correct.
In other Vanderpump Rules news, Stassi Schroeder recently slammed Vanderpump, telling a Sirius XM radio show the owner of SUR was an “old woman” who cared entirely too much about what she was doing.
“I still love SUR. I love going into SUR. I still have so many friends there that just aren’t on the show. I grew up there a little bit,” Schroeder told the radio show, via the Inquisitr. “[Lisa], like, doesn’t like me. I don’t understand what her problem is. [She’s] like an old woman, why does [she] care what I’m doing?”
As the Inquisitr reported, a fourth season of Vanderpump Rules has yet to be confirmed, but according to Jax Taylor, additional episodes for Season 3 have been ordered.
On Twitter, he told fans, “Looks like my NYC trip is cut short thanks to our amazing fans they added more episodes, so heading back to LA to film tomorrow. #PumpRules.”
