WWE TLC 2014 Results: Bray Wyatt Vs. Dean Ambrose An Accident? Dumb TV Wins The Night
The WWE TLC 2014 results are in, and it’s very possible the end of the Bray Wyatt vs. Dean Ambrose match was an unplanned accident. While only the WWE knows for sure, it can be said that the dumb TV was the real winner for tonight.
In a related report by the Inquisitr, Roman Reigns’ return managed to ensure the fate of the match between John Cena and Seth Rollins, meaning that Cena will once again take on Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble 2015. But the anointed one Reigns is officially set to be at future showing of WWE SmackDown that’s coming up fairly soon.
The WWE TLC 2014 match between Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose seemed to be pretty standard fair until that darn TV entered the picture. The HDTV offered a live view of the event, and it seemingly had Ambrose mesmerized for a bit, before he decided to go search for that freakishly huge ladder (still wasn’t big enough to compete with the custom job done for the Big Show). Of course, that meant the Spanish announce table needed to be abused (as CM Punk would say, doing otherwise would be going after the wrong table).

But then that dumb TV came back into the picture. Everyone saw it coming, but when Dean Ambrose rushed across the ring to smack Bray Wyatt over the head with the TV, the wiring snapped Ambrose back and the HDTV exploded in his hands, showering his face with sparks and smoke. Wyatt immediately took advantage of the blinded Ambrose, ending the match with a pinfall by Sister Abigail.
When the Inquisitr team watched this happen live, there happened to be several engineers in the room. Immediately, the techies declared that the TV had been rigged to blow since it’s believed that even a plasma HDTV wouldn’t generate such an explosion. Everyone also noticed that there was a little over 10 minutes left on the clock before 11 p.m. EST was reached. In general, many WWE pay-per-view events end almost on the hour, so this seemed fairly odd.
Bray Wyatt also seemed legitimately angry about something when he stalked toward the backstage. Could it be possible that the TV was supposed to have blown when it was bashed over his head? If that’s true, then perhaps Dean Ambrose had originally been slated to win, and the match was immediately ended due to the “accident.”
This crazy idea seemed more credible to the Inquisitr crew as the end of WWE TLC 2014 rolled on. The cameras cut to Paul Heyman, where he started to talk about Brock Lesnar taking on John Cena at Royal Rumble 2015, but the biggest mouth in the WWE was interrupted when the cameras cut back to the ring to show Dean Ambrose kicking that dumb TV which cost him the match. Shortly later, the cameras cut back to the post-match panel and all of the sudden everyone in the panel was seated properly, as if they had hurriedly assembled after the match ended earlier than expected.
What do you think about the WWE TLC 2014 results? Do you think it’s possible the Bray Wyatt vs. Dean Ambrose match result was an accident?
