Jennifer Lopez may be headed to Las Vegas, according to the newest TMZ report. The deal is not sealed just yet, but sources say that when the final agreement is made Jlo will make over $26 million for her Las Vegas performances. Lopez, the 45-year-old singer with the body that tops most twenty-something year-olds, is set to perform 72 shows over a 2-year period, making more money per show than Las Vegas great Britney Spears.
Spears is reportedly making about $40,000 less than the Puerto Rican diva will be making once the deal is set in stone. Per show, Jennifer Lopez will make a whopping $350,000 to perform live at The Axis, Planet Hollywood, according to Mirror .
Jennifer Lopez has always been a triple threat. Even in her forties, she shows no sign of slowing down. The seductive star is doing most things right, she’s keeping her body in tip-top shape, she’s aging well, she’s eating healthier and she is raising her two gorgeous children that she shares with ex-hubby Mark Anthony.
The Las Vegas deal will just be one more notch under the belt. Jlo fans believe this could be a good deal for the singer but say that celebrities who perform in Las Vegas are headed for the B-list. Here’s is what one Facebook commenter says.
“You know your career is down the shi**ter when you start doing Vegas shows.”
“Jennifer Lopez’ fans quickly defend her. Here is more.”
“She’s probably at the top of her career and now is ready to seriously cash in on it.”
“Not true, they get mad $$$ for those shows, unless you are thinking they are doing show for bars in the area.”
” I gotta go with Jennifer on this one! Vegas puts out a boat load for singers…. 23 million a year is nothing to sneeze over at 45!! Your career is FAR from over if your bringing in that kinda dough not to mention her gig on AI!! JLo is doing just fine!!.”
This is not Jenny’s first time performing in Las Vegas. The voluptuous star performed in Vegas with Mark Anthony in May 2012 for the Q’Viva! show. Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony had already split by the time they hit the stage but remained cordial throughout the performance, according to a report by Inquisitr .
