Out-Of-Line Or Self-Defense? Teacher Put On Leave After Fight With Student Caught On Tape [NSFW Video]

A startling video was captured on a student’s cell phone in Baltimore that showed a fight between a Carver Vocational-Technical High School student and a teacher. Following the incident, the teacher was placed on leave and the student was charged with assault and released to her parents.

The video opens with a rolling chair being tossed at a teacher. The female teacher is talking on her cellphone in the hallway, according to WBAL, calling for help regarding the student who was becoming violent in the classroom. The student, reportedly a 17-year-old senior, then came into video and walked past the teacher. The student, wearing a gray sweatshirt, then turned around and walked past the teacher again and into a classroom. After she reemerged in the hallway, the student threw what appeared to be a book at the teacher.

At this point, it seems the teacher had taken enough and was not waiting any longer for assistance on the matter. The teacher exploded and charged the student. It is hard to tell exactly what was said on the cell phone video, but it sounds as if the teacher told the student she would kill her.

“I’ll f***ing kill you in here, bitch! What the f*** you think this is, bitch? I’m not f***ing playing with you!”

A male was between the teacher and student attempting to break up the fight. However, the male let go of the student when the teacher informed him to. At this point the teacher can be seen grabbing the teen by the hair and slamming her into some lockers.

But more video appears to show the student as the aggressor. Sources told WBAL that inside the classroom, before things spilled out into the hallway, the class was taking a test and the teacher told the student to get off her phone or she would have to stop the test. Sources said that’s when a verbal altercation began and then things turned physical. In the video, the student can be seen slinging a sliding chair in the direction of the teacher. The student then slams an object onto a desk and appears to throw something at the teacher while yelling at her and storming out of the room. Sources said one of the objects thrown was a keyboard. When the incident moved into the hallway, that is when the video above was captured that shows the student hurling a book at the teacher.
