In a shocking turn of events, several of the harpies on Real Housewives of New Jersey have managed to get into a knock-down, drag out, no longer speaking to one another hissyfit.
Caroline Manzo, one of the show’s “stars,” says she and sis Dina Manzo are in a fight and that the pair are currently not speaking. Manzo lashed out at Teresa Giudice- who she huffs is “as Italian as the Olive Garden” in her cookbook- as the precipitate for the familial rift. Giudice is none-too-popular with her Real Housewives of New Jersey frenemies, which is probably why Manzo had no problem laying into her with some harsh words and accusations.
Manzo was seething when she spoke with Us Weekly about the disagreements, and said:
“Teresa is a wolf in sheep’s clothing… It was all a charade. And we were all pawns in her horrible game.”
The reality-TV housewife continued:
“[A friendship] was not what Teresa wanted. I welcomed the bad guys, so I became the bad guy.”
The magazine paraphrases Manzo’s remarks:
“[Teresa] is hurting people to bring herself up,” Manzo fumes to Us , adding that she sees little chance of a reconciliation. “We all make mistakes and can be cruel and heartless in the things we say and do, but [Teresa’s behavior] is different — premeditated. To sit there and try to hurt someone…assault their character, it’s unacceptable. I’m done.”
The Manzo/Giudice rift- in which Dina Manzo apparently sided with Giudice over her own sister Caroline- will likely be the most watched part of the reunion show for the Real Housewives of New Jersey on Sunday.
