Avril Lavigne, Chad Kroeger Split Caused By Breaking Their ‘Marriage Rules’ [Rumor]
Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger have been married for little over a year now, and rumor has it that the two are already headed for a divorce. While the divorce rumors aren’t new, the reasons behind the divorce keep changing.
According to People, the latest reasoning behind the rumors of Lavigne’s split from Kroeger is because the two have not been following their self-imposed marriage rules. One of the rules that has been reportedly broken is that the two wouldn’t drink without one another, and according to witnesses, Avril Lavigne has been spotted multiple times out partying and drinking, not only without her husband, but also without her wedding ring.
Just last week, Avril was spotted out with some girlfriends at Dan Tana’s. A source reportedly told People that the pop star “was sipping on white wine.” Both Avril’s husband and wedding band were missing from the occasion.
According to a previous report by The Inquisitr, while Avril Lavigne has been spotted out and about without her wedding band and husband, Chad Kroeger has reportedly going around telling people that his marriage to the Canadian singer is over.
“It’s over,” said a source to US Weekly. “He has been going around L.A. telling people that they are divorcing.”
The source for US Weekly went on to say that the two are big flirts, which could be causing tension between the two. Will Avril and Chad be able to work things out if they are both disobeying their self-imposed marriage rules? The source for US Weekly went on to say that, for now, the couple are going to try to work things out.
“I don’t know what’s going to happen. She really wants to have a baby. She was hoping, after this album, to take time off and start a family. I think for now they’re going to try to work it out.”
