Madonna to Choose One Dancer to Join her Dance Crew
Just the the other day, on a video that has gone viral on the web, Madonna was seen showing how she “absolutely loathes hydrangeas.” She made the comment after a fan gave her the flower and not knowing that her microphone was live.
The video may have earned her lots of dislikes so her rep was quick, not so quick actually, to issue an apology that was not an apology:
“She’s entitled to like any flower she wants and she didn’t want to hurt the feeling of the hydrangeas of the world. No disrespect to the hydrangeas lovers of the world but she prefers different types of flowers.”
More dislikes are expected.
Well, at least not from the most unique and innovative dancer who will be performing right in front of Madonna and her long-time choreographers Rich + Tone for the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project in New York City on November 12. You see, the last dancer standing at the end of the dance-off has the chance of winning the coveted prize and becoming part of her official dance crew.
Madonna has this to say about the dance-off:
“Since it all began for me in New York City, it makes perfect sense to be choosing the winner of the dance competition here where someone else will get their big start. And the dancers get the chance to work with Rich + Tone – two of the greatest choreographers who I’ve worked with on my tours for many years. I’m looking forward to seeing all the talent from around the world at the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project in November.”
To all aspiring dancers hoping to land that grand epic prize of joining Madonna’s dance crew, don’t bring hydrangeas. Just take your skills with you.
