Donald Trump’s Twitter Rants: Doomsday Prediction Over Emory’s Ebola Treatment
Donald Trump started tweeting doomsday predictions about the Ebola virus situation on Thursday. Trump is furious that the U.S. welcomed two American Ebola patients at Emory University’s hospital. Dr. Kent Brantly, who contracted the disease while treating Ebola patients with the charity organization Samaritan’s Purse, arrived at the facility on Saturday. Brantly was greeted by his sister, mother, father, and wife. Nancy Writebol is the other American infected with the Ebola virus. She will share the same hospital isolation unit with Brantly, according to NBC News.

Donald Trump is livid that the two American workers were allowed back into the country after contracting the deadly Ebola virus.
Ebola patient will be brought to the U.S. in a few days – now I know for sure that our leaders are incompetent. KEEP THEM OUT OF HERE! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 1, 2014
Stop the EBOLA patients from entering the U.S. Treat them, at the highest level, over there. THE UNITED STATES HAS ENOUGH PROBLEMS!

Many Twitter users agree with Donald’s assessment of the situation, but mots people are calling him heartless and selfish. People were especially irritated by Donald Trump’s ranting after he tweeted the following:
The U.S. cannot allow EBOLA infected people back. People that go to far away places to help out are great-but must suffer the consequences! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 2, 2014
Emory University is working in partnership with the CDC, and the CDC insists that Emory University has the tools and skills to keep the deadly virus contained. Donald Trump is not comforted by the CDC’s promise of containment, though:
“@BigBoie7531: To all the liberal do gooders, this is the Plague you idiots! No cure! @ You may have confidence in the CDC, but I don’t!”

Meanwhile, Dr. Margaret Chan of the World Health Organization explained why the WHO is releasing one hundred million dollars to send medical staff to Ebola-affected areas of Africa. “This outbreak is moving faster than our efforts to control it. If the situation continues to deteriorate, the consequences can be catastrophic in terms of lost lives but also severe socioeconomic disruption and a high risk of spread to other countries,” Chan said, according to the LA Times. Trump is also concerned that the U.S. is not doing more to prevent people from Ebola affected areas from entering the United States:
The fact that we are taking the Ebola patients, while others from the area are fleeing to the United States, is absolutely CRAZY-Stupid pols — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 2, 2014
The U.S. must immediately stop all flights from EBOLA infected countries or the plague will start and spread inside our “borders.” Act fast!

Inquisitr previously explained:
“Ebola is neither airborne nor waterborne, and can only be spread through contact with organs, blood, urine, saliva and other bodily fluids belonging to Ebola patients.
Ebola spreads most easily in areas with water and sanitation issues.”
What do you think? Do you agree with Donald Trump’s rants on Twitter about the two American Ebola patients being flown back into the United States?
