Pamela Anderson Divorce Rumors Quashed Following Intimate Kissing Session With Husband Rick Salomon

Pamela Anderson has been in the news headlines recently, amidst numerous reports that she and husband Rick Salomon are on the rocks, and getting a divorce.

As per a report in PEOPLE magazine on July 8, six months after saying “I do” to Rick Salomon for the second time, Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce. Anderson cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for ending her marriage to Salomon, according to papers filed by her lawyer July 3.

“We ask the media to please respect Pamela and her family’s privacy during this time,” Anderson’s rep says in a statement to PEOPLE.

Following that, it was a foregone conclusion to the media that the couple were proceeding with the divorce. They were also spotted without their wedding rings, suggesting they were through.

However, on Wednesday, the celebrity pair were seen and photographed having an intimate kissing session while in Malibu. That really confused the media, particularly the tabloid press which only really wakes up and moves into action when the word “divorce” is mentioned. The word “reconciliation” doesn’t quite do it for most “reporters.”

According to the pictures taken in Malibu, Pamela Anderson felt extremely comfortable with Salomon as she let her cover-up slip a little, revealing a sexy baby-pink bra. The couple also had their wedding rings back on.

On Friday, TMZ predicted that the couple might let bygones be bygones and get back together. It was just that Anderson wanted to teach her hubby a lesson about the hardcore partying he had been involved in recently.

An insider told the publication “Pam felt the only thing she could do at this point in her relationship and marriage to Rick was to file for divorce because of his wild partying. They love each other, but it’s always a roller coaster with Pam and Rick. No one should be shocked if they reconcile. Since she filed for divorce, Rick has been begging Pam to halt the divorce proceedings.”

Not long after Pamela Anderson filed for divorce, following just six months of marriage, she posted a lonely photo of herself on her Facebook page wearing sunglasses, looking thoughtful, and gazing into the ocean with the caption “Hope.”

So, it seems, Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon are trying to make a go of things once more — and why not? After all celebrity weddings don’t come cheap, and celebs seem to split up and get back together frequently in the world of Hollywood.
