Florida Dad Beats Teen He Found Raping His Son

A Florida dad beat the man he found raping his son. Accused child rapist Raymond Frolander was found inside a Daytona Beach home with multiple knots on his head and bleeding from his mouth when police arrived.

The unidentified 35-year-old Florida dad reportedly walked in on Raymond Frolander sexually battering his 11-year-old son around 1 am. The Daytona Beach News-Journal published a transcript from the 911 call the dad made after beating the rape suspect.

The dad had this to say during the call to emergency dispatch:

“I just walked in on a grown man molesting… and I got him in a bloody puddle for you officer. He is nice and knocked out on the floor for you. I drug him out to the living room. Send an ambulance. He is going to need one. I did whatever I got a right to do except I didn’t kill him.”

The Daytona Beach father told police officers that he did not use any weapons during the beat down and noted that he did not ask the rape suspect any questions. The man told officers that the only weapons involved in the beating were his foot and his fist.

The boy told law enforcement officers that Frolander took him into a back room of the house and pulled down his pants. The 11-year-old boy said that he had been playing video games with his friends before the sexual molestation took place.

After being treated at an area hospital for the injuries sustained by the dad’s beating, Frolander reportedly told Daytona Beach police officer that he was guilty. The 18-year-old rape suspect is being held without bail and charged with sexually battery.

The Florida dad has not been charged with attacking the man accused of raping his son. Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood said the man was just acting like any dad.

Chitwood also had this to say after investigating the incident:

“Dad was acting lie a dad. I don’t see anything we should charge the dad with. You have an 18-year-old who has clearly picked his target, groomed his target, and had sex with the victim multiple times. The 18-year-old was almost like a family member.”

Frolander lived next door to his alleged victim. The suspect reportedly told police officers that he had been sexually molesting the boy since he had been 8 years old. “When the victim sat on the 18-year-old’s laps as instructed, he knew what was next. The young man was in fear that if he didn’t comply. He would get hurt. There is something that’s lost that you can never get back and that’s innocence.”
