Mel Gibson Wants More Time With Daughter Lucia, Files For New Custody Agreement

Mel Gibson wants to spend more time with 21-month old daughter Lucia and now the Braveheart actor has filed a petition with the courts.

Gibson is currently given three overnight stays every two weeks, however he is no longer satisfied with the custody agreement the court handed down between himself and ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The custody agreement is already rather generous for Mr. Gibson considering tapes of the actor revealed him screaming at Lucia’s mother, while he allegedly threatened to bury Oksana in his rose garden.

No judgement has been given at this time while a new hearing has been scheduled for September. According to reports if Mel is granted what he is requesting Lucia’s time will nearly be split down the middle between mommy and daddy.

Before Mel was given his current visitation rights he had tried to strip Oksana of her parental rights, while asking that she only be given visitation rights, it’s funny how things have worked out since November 2010.
