Mike “Mad Dog” Bell Found Dead
Mike “Mad Dog” Bell, a professional wrestler turned personal trainer, has been found dead at a live-in rehab center in Cosa Mesa, California. He was 37 years old.

Bell had long struggled with substance abuse, including addictions to both alcohol and prescription painkillers. Reports indicate Bell had been sober for the past 60 days since checking into the rehabilitation center. One of his roommates found his body upon returning from an outing this week.
An autopsy could not immediately pinpoint a cause of death. Toxicology results are still pending.
WWE and “Bigger, Stronger, Faster”
Mike “Mad Dog” Bell made his name wrestling on the WWE’s “Monday Night Raw” program. His dependencies were highlighted in a documentary released by his brother this year entitled “Bigger, Stronger, Faster.”
The WWE issued the following statement about Bell’s death:
“Although Mr. Bell was never under a WWE contract, WWE extends its deepest condolences to the Bell Family.”
