Katy Perry: New House, Keenan Cahill Duet
Pop star Katy Perry is making multiple moves this week as she her husband Russell Brand are packing up and making the trip from Los Feliz to Hollywood Hills.
The couple – who married in a ceremony on a tiger reserve in India last October – have sold their $3.395 million mansion in Los Feliz, California, and are now moving into a new $6.5 million Spanish-style pad which belonged to former National Lampoon CEO, Daniel Laikin.
Laikin was sentenced last year to 45 months in prison for stock manipulation charges, which may have helped the star duo get a “steal” on the 7 bedroom, 9 bath dream house, which apparently was used in the first season of ABC’s reality TV show The Bachelor.

In addition to the new move, Katy also recently teamed up with lip-synching YouTube sensation Keenan Cahill, to perform a duet of her hit song, Teenage Dream.
The short video features the California Girls signer, young Keenan, and a large purple cat. The trio looks to be having a blast, especially when Kitty Purry, Perry’s feline alter-ego, finishes the first verse in all ‘meows.’
