Jamie Dornan has been cast as Christian Grey in Fifty Shades Of Grey after Charlie Hunnam departed citing scheduling conflicts. How are fans reacting?
If Twitter is an indication of how fans are taking the news, it’s not all bad. While searching for Jamie Dornan’s name this morning, we find people are happy, of course there are those who aren’t, but then again, producers knew that is an impossible task.
Readers imagine the character of Christian Grey in different ways, many were begging for Matt Bomer, Ian Somerhalder, and Henry Cavill to be cast as that was their “ideal” actor to play the troubled billionaire.

Jamie Dornan is a relative newcomer, his most notorious roles to date are Axel von Fersen in Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette, Sheriff Graham Humbert in the series Once Upon A Time, and his role as Paul Specter in another TV series, The Fall.
Dornan dated British actress Keira Knightley for two years, but sorry ladies, he is taken. The actor married English actress and singer-songwriter Amelia Warner in June of 2013, the couple is expecting their first child.

With the Charlie Hunnam casting, Fifty Shades Of Grey author, E.L. James tweeted with confirmation of the news. Jamie Dornan is reportedly in negotiations for the part.
As reported by The Inquisitr on Wednesday, producer Mike De Luca stated that they needed a “fresh face” for the role.
